Drone pilot in Casablanca — live aerial and broadcast
Casablanca is where we flew a live drone inside a FOX Sports world broadcast, at night, above more than 35,000 people. Few operators in Morocco can say the same.

The flight we are proudest of happened here
Casablanca fan zone, at night, during the World Cup. A live drone, transmitted over TVU, cut into a FOX Sports world feed alongside Los Angeles and Paris, above a crowd of more than thirty-five thousand people.
A live drone over a large crowd, at night, inside an international broadcast is one of the most tightly controlled scenarios that exists in Morocco. We did it with the corresponding authorisations — obtained beforehand, not hoped for afterwards.
Casablanca is a vertical city, and that changes the work
Unlike Rabat or Marrakech, Casablanca has height: the business district, the Casa Anfa towers, the port, the silos, the Hassan II Mosque out over the water. Aerial genuinely earns its place here — it gives a sense of scale no ground shot will.
The trade-off: a lot of cables, a lot of cranes, an airport nearby and dense traffic below. Recce matters more here than anywhere else.
Where we fly most
Industry, logistics and port areas · real estate and offices in Casa Anfa · events and fan zones · retail and shopping centres · the Aïn Diab corniche and the Hassan II Mosque for hospitality and tourism.
Frequently asked questions
- Can the Hassan II Mosque be filmed by drone?
- It is an emblematic and sensitive site: it requires a specific authorisation and is never a given. We will tell you honestly whether your project stands a chance of that approval before you commit budget to it.
- Is a live drone possible at an event?
- Yes — we have done it for a worldwide broadcast. It adds two layers: getting the aerial signal to the gallery, and a heavier authorisation. The file goes in weeks ahead.
- How long does authorisation take in Casablanca?
- 10 to 20 working days over a straightforward area. Longer near Mohammed V airport, the port, or for flying above a crowd.
Our pilots cover all of Morocco

- Live streaming an event in Morocco: the real requirementsLive has no second take. Here is what actually brings a broadcast down — and what to demand from a supplier before handing them your event.
- Night drone filming: what nobody tells youNight divides your available light by ten and triples the administrative difficulty. Here is how you prepare, expose and secure a night flight that produces usable footage.
