Rabat is not an easy city to shoot in
It is an administrative capital: a lot of government buildings, a lot of sensitive zones, a tightly controlled sky. It is also a city that films beautifully — the Hassan Tower, the ramparts, the river, the corniche, the newer architecture of Hay Riad — provided you have the right to put a camera there.
We know which locations need a file and which do not. That is what stops a crew being shut down on the day.

Hassan Tower and Mausoleum of Mohammed V — heritage and official, aerial effectively off the table without a heavy file. Kasbah of the Udayas and the medina — light filming often possible, controlled once a crew appears. The administrative district and ministry surroundings — sensitive. Corniche and coastline — more relaxed, though wind constrains aerial more than paperwork does. Hay Riad — recent architecture, good ground for real estate and corporate.
